JASON A. MCNEILL is a trial lawyer and a partner of Magleby Cataxinos & Greenwood. 

For over thirteen years, Mr. McNeill has successfully represented clients in complex commercial matters, obtaining notable verdicts and settlements in the courtroom and arbitration. Mr. McNeill is licensed to practice law in Utah and Nevada, where his law practice spans all areas of commercial law, including trademark infringement, copyright infringement, patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, partnership disputes, contract law, business torts, real estate disputes, construction litigation, and other commercial matters.
