JASON A. MCNEILL is a trial lawyer who predominantly handles commercial disputes, including trademark, copyright, and patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, partnership disputes, contract law, business torts, real estate disputes, construction litigation, and other commercial matters.

Mr. McNeill is a partner of Magleby Cataxinos & Greenwood.  He was one of the original three lawyers of the firm in 2006, helping grow the firm to what it is now. Mr. McNeill has been practicing law since 2002, with substantial experience in complex commercial litigation and business negotiations.  He has successfully represented clients in complex commercial matters, achieving significant verdicts and settlements in the courtroom and arbitration. Mr. McNeill's clientele is diverse, ranging from small closely held companies to large regional corporations.  Mr. McNeill is licensed to practice law in Utah and Nevada.

Mr. McNeill is A/V rated by Martindale Hubble's peer review ratings, the highest peer rating an attorney can achieve.  Mr. McNeill is also rated a "Preeminent" lawyer by the Martindale Hubbell client review ratings, the highest rating a client can give an attorney.
